Unfortunately, the boots don’t work, and Leapfrog’s feet and shins now have third-degree burns.Īnd since Eugene Patillio, the secret identity paid big money for the boots, he hires a lawyer to get his money back and then some. Leapfrog shows up to stop a petty theft of a TV store robbery.
